Freelance admin, SOLVED.

Proposals in Google Docs. Hours in a spreadsheet. Invoices in another tool. Payment reminders buried in your inbox. Kiaro keeps the whole job in one place, from proposal to project to logged time to paid invoice. Start a timer with one click, then turn your logged hours into an invoice in a few more.

Collen built it because he’s a freelancer and was tired of the admin. Been there!

Anna Bernhardt is a freelance coach and team coach, and an outspoken advocate for neurodiversity. Born and raised in Siberia, she moved to Bavaria at 14, studied biotechnology and worked in pharmaceutical R&D in Munich, until her employer sent her to the US for what was meant to be two years and turned into ten, with six months in Italy along the way. She moved from her scientific career into coaching, where no two clients are ever the same, and in her last year in corporate helped set up a neurodiversity employee resource group. She speaks Russian, German, English and Italian – move her to a new country and she'll learn that language too.

📚 What You'll Learn

  1. Why novelty-seekers hit "boreout" rather than burnout, and how a career from Siberia to Bavarian biotech to the US led to coaching, where no two days are the same

  2. What a late ADHD diagnosis can explain, and why so many women mask until burnout or perimenopause makes it impossible

  3. How workplaces can make space for neurodivergent people, from tools that are available to everyone to leaders who talk about it openly

✍️ Some Takeaways

Work in pulses if that's how your energy flows. Anna has stopped trying to deliver steady 9-to-5 output and instead pulls in bursts of energy for projects that need a fresh solution, fast.

Let yourself panic first, then say yes. Anna has never turned down an opportunity, from Italy to the US: she panics, thinks through everything that could go wrong, and then feels ready for anything.

Build on your strengths instead of trying to fix your weaknesses. Anna's coaching works on pull rather than push: support and what's already working, not self-punishment and discipline.

Follow your stims. Whether it's moving, humming, climbing or drawing, those behaviours help regulate your nervous system, so let yourself do them.
